Eligibility and refund details
We will review the order, item condition and applicable consumer protections, then explain the available resolution, return instructions, any return shipping cost and refund method before you send the item. Refund timing depends on the payment provider once a refund is issued. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are described on product pages and in product documentation.
